
Oftentimes we allow the scene in front of us to speak louder than God’s Word. And when we do—it affects our faith. God instructed Jeremiah to do something, which—due to the hopeless picture surrounding him—did not make sense to him at first. However, the view from God’s lens was entirely different. While Jeremiah only saw destruction, God saw hope and restoration. Remember, God’s Word to you will always trump the scene in front of you. Do not let the enemy capture your hope! Believe! God is at work!
