Vina native returns to hometown church to share her story
“Shea was one of our main plenary speakers for the “God of Hope” women’s day retreat in September 2018. Shea conducted two sessions we desperately needed a special perspective: “Hope in Singleness” and “Hope in Suffering.”
Through her careful preparation and listening to our retreat team, Shea ministered to a segment of our women we have not previously touched. Shea taught correctly and applied Scripture to daily life while being transparent as she shared her personal journey. Our women laughed and connected with Shea personally. Shea has a gift of communicating and pointing women to the truth of God’s Word, and they left changed! We will have Shea Lowery back again in the future.”
It was my delight to hear Shea Lowery teach at a ladies retreat. A very good teacher of truth with a passion for Jesus. Shea’s story brings hope for living a life that has been forgiven and transformed by God’s love.
“Shea is a passionate speaker and called to help women coming out of hurtful relationships. She uses her compassion, education, and life-lessons to communicate the love and forgiveness of God to lead a fulfilling and peace- centered life. I highly recommend Shea to speak at women’s events.”
“Shea has been a personal friend of mine for eight years, and I have witnessed with admiration her devotion to helping others. She works tirelessly, inspired by her Christian principles, to lend a hand to anyone in need, to anyone less fortunate. I admire her courage and conviction.”
“Really appreciate Shea Lowery speaking at our Chapel before the Ball State game. She did a wonderful job, spoke from the heart, and was able to relate well to our players through her life experiences. Our staff and players were very inspired by her heartfelt message. Thank you Shea.”
