A lesson I learned the hard way—live out at home what you say you do and believe—at church, in public, in your neighborhood, and so forth. If you are impatient at home, raise your voice when you are unhappy (I heard my son tell someone I was a yell-er), or speak an untruth when talking on the phone to a friend, your kids will see, hear, and mimic what they hear and see at home instead of following what you claim to say, do, and/or believe. — Marilyn, Texas
