“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes but its leaf will be green and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit” (Jeremiah 17:7-8).

Blessed is the mom who trusts in the Lord and whose hope is the Lord. God will make you strong as a tree planted by the waters, which spreads its roots by the river. When trouble comes your way, you will not fear it, nor be anxious in the season of drought, because God is with you and will never abandon you. But, because you trust in Him, He will help you continue to yield in the year of lack (Jeremiah 17:7-8, paraphrase).

“And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose” (Romans 8:28).

This is all that I have learned: God made us plain and simple, but we have made ourselves overly complicated. Mom do not worry about what life throws at you. Cast down every lofty imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and give those thoughts to Jesus who is higher and stronger than your thoughts. “Fear not, for the Lord is with you, and He will never forsake you. He will work all things out for those who love Him” (Deut 31:6).
